How I Use Jumping On A Rebounder To Boost My Immune System

I remember my grandparents owned a mini trampoline when I was a kid, and I thought it was the coolest thing to use at their house when we visited. Little did I know the important health benefits this fun little contraption could offer.
2023 brought some challenges with my health. My adrenals had tanked and my immune system was suffering. I was sick of feeling tired and sick.
I had purchased a rebounder for my husband's birthday one year, but it sat in the garage untouched. When I ran across an article on the health benefits of using one, I decided to dust it off and give it a try. Now, I try to jump at least 10-15 minutes a day to help my lymphatic system detox from daily life. And whenever one of my kids starts to get the sniffles, I suggest they also do some jumping. It's pretty great that it helps with teen moodiness as well (yes to that endorphin release!).
